OnGo Alliance

The OnGo Alliance supports the common interests of members, implementers and operators for the development, commercialization, and adoption of LTE and 5G NR solutions utilizing the US 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS). Federated Wireless is an OnGo Alliance Ecosystem Support Services partner. As a leading shared spectrum provider, the Federated Wireless CBRS Spectrum Controller incorporates both a Spectrum Access System (SAS Administrator) and a nationwide Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) network for maximum spectrum availability from coast to coast.

WISPA

WISPA represents the interests of the evolving WISP ecosystem, which is comprised primarily of small, innovative entrepreneurs who provide fiber and wireless broadband solutions to consumers, businesses, first responders, and community anchor institutions. Through ongoing involvement and initiatives, Federated Wireless and WISPA advocate for strong shared spectrum policy that allows WISPs to continue to deliver critical Internet access to millions of Americans in unserved and underserved rural, suburban, urban, and Tribal areas. Together we encourage investment, development, and deployment of reliable broadband to all Americans, no matter where they live.

WInnForum

Both WInnForum and Federated Wireless are dedicated to advancing technologies supporting the innovative utilization of spectrum and the development of wireless communications systems, including essential or critical communications systems. The Forum acts as a premier venue to develop and expand markets and advance relevant technologies.

5G PPP

The 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (5G PPP) is focused on reinforcing European industry to successfully compete in the global marketplace and open new innovation opportunities. Both Federated Wireless and the 5G PPP initiative support delivering solutions, architectures, technologies and standards for next generation communication infrastructures of the coming decade in areas such as smart cities, e-health, intelligent transport, education and entertainment.

Wi-Fi Alliance

Both Federated Wireless and the Wi-Fi Alliance drive global Wi-Fi adoption and evolution through thought leadership, spectrum advocacy, and industry-wide collaboration. Our work supports the development of innovative technologies, requirements, and test programs that help ensure Wi-Fi provides users the interoperability, security, and reliability they have come to expect.

Dynamic Spectrum Alliance

The Dynamic Spectrum Alliance (DSA) is focused on promoting spectrum sharing innovation globally, and is the shared spectrum go-to organization for regulators and policymakers all over the world. Both Federated Wireless and DSA advocate for policies that promote unlicensed and dynamic access to spectrum for economic growth and innovation.

MITRE

MITRE is a not-for-profit organization that operates federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs) to tackle national challenges in defense, cybersecurity, and more. It partners with government, industry, and academia to deliver innovative, impartial solutions that serve the public interest. Federated Wireless works with MITRE on R&D projects.

API Capabilities

Our suite of powerful APIs provides customers maximum flexibility when it comes to integration and interoperability with solutions and systems that are already in place. For example, Federated Wireless APIs allow for operational automation of CBRS CPI installation with operator OSS integration—enabling bulk device operations, such as de-registration in CBRS, and delivering comprehensive spectrum analytics with custom integration support. Such APIs not only have a rich roadmap but are also conveniently available through our spectrum life-cycle solutions.
